What we do know is that they grow their own sugarcane on site and they even cultivate their own yeast cultures.The rums in this small batch have been aged twice in separate sets of white oak American Bourbon casks to add structure.Orange notes with a touch of cinnamon and coconut. Light estery tones with dried fig and a back note of fresh sap wood. Spiced oak with nutmeg and tropical fruit.
