Light-bodied and juicy with notes of cherry, raspberry, florals and a hint of tomato leaf. Good acidity keeps you wanting to sip. </p><p>Absolutely low intervention, with grapes fermenting spontaneously, gentle foot-stomping, and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulphur. </p><p>From being a young rising star to one of the defining voices of the European new wave, Milan Nestarec is a promise in the world of natural wine. Based in Velké Bílovice, he combines uncompromising organic farming with a joyful sense of experimentation, working with a variety of Czech and Austrian varieties.
