<p>Selected and imported by Ed Hamilton of Ministry of Rum, this deeply expressive rum is distilled at Worthy Park Estate, one of Jamaica’s great heritage distilleries. Made from molasses and distilled entirely in pot stills, the blend includes light to heavy marks aged up to five years, then finished with a small amount of black sugar-based caramel for color. Bottled at 46.5% ABV.</p><p>The nose is exuberant: ripe tropical fruit, burnt sugar, baking spice, and a whiff of smoke. On the palate, it’s robust and earthy—layered with molasses, dried fruit, clove, and green banana—carried by an oily texture and a persistent, savory finish.</p><p>This is unapologetically bold rum with real edge and complexity, ideal for classic cocktails or as a serious pour on its own. A benchmark example of Jamaican pot still character.</p>
