<p>A salmon pink rosé with an intense bouquet of redcurrant, blackcurrant and raspberry, complemented by delicate peppery notes. On the palate, it reveals long, aromatic layers of juicy fruit and a fine, fresh finish, making this wine a true delight to drink.</p><p>A delicious marriage of some of the best growing areas of Provence, blended to give a lively fruit expression with a beautifully crisp finish. The more profound clay and limestone soils of the upper and central Var yield richness and complexity, while the limestone pebbled vineyards around the Sainte-Victoire mountain convey a great freshness.</p><p>Night harvested followed by gentle direct pressing and partial liquid maceration (stabulation), before temperature controlled fermentation.
