<p>Mistelle is a traditional French-style fortified aperitif made from a blend of fresh aromatic grape juice and French oak barrel-aged brandy. A luscious palate of muscadelle grapes and candied honey nectar combines floral notes of elderflower and orange blossom, juxtaposed by a long drying finish of citrus rind with a hint of nutmeg, leaving your palate pleasingly refreshed and wanting. Our Mistelle uses Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains and Chardonnay fortified with our house Eau de Vie. </p><p>This gin was handcrafted from scratch using our grape-to-glass distillation method – the art of distilling wine into spirit. This technique, unique to Bass & Flinders Distillery, delivers a smoother, fuller, richer flavour for your drinking pleasure.
