<p>Brut Impérial is Moët’s iconic Champagne. It’s created from more than 100 different wines, of which up to 30% are reserve (held back from older vintages). These are specially selected to express mature character, complexity and to maintain consistency. Winemaker Richard Geoffroy is the master behind the blend. Every year he ensures that Brut Impérial embodies the distinctive Moët et Chandon style, distinguished by its bright fruitiness, toasty complexity and elegant maturity. The blend comprises the classic Champagne grapes: Pinot Noir to add body, Pinot Meunier for suppleness and Chardonnay for finesse. It’s a seductive combination of apple, citrus and white peach with elegant hints of brioche.
