<p>ORGANIC / NATURAL / LOW SULPHITE / VEGAN</p><p>Hazy in appearance this is a fresh and floral wine with some nice herbal elements, open and inviting. Lively, aromatic orange wine with grapefruit and under-ripe apricot. The grapes for this wine are macerated overnight before being pressed off to rest on its lees in concrete vats for a year. </p><p>Alfonso Soranzo makes wine from vineyards surrounding his home and cantina in the tiny hamlet of Zovon di Vo in the hills of Colli Euganei. Soils are volcanic and fossilised, perfect for growing grapes.
