The deep ruby red colour and purple reflections make way for a pleasant vinuous bouquet of ripe red fruits, and spices. It has a satisfying full flavour, round, harmonious, rightly tannic and with tones of red fruits with liquorice notes.</p><p>Serve at room temperature and enjoy with roast game, pork and sausage meals.</p><p>DOP.
