Since 1969, passion and technology have been linked to oenological wisdom to create wines of quality and value, but with very distinct characters. Crocevento is made with Pinot Noir grapes whose vinification is carried out in steel, aging in barriques for 12-18 months and in glass for a further 12 months.</p><p>An elegant glass that is recommended to be paired with elaborate meat-based first and second courses, but also pastas seasoned only with tomato sauce.</p><p>Pale red, with slightly orange reflections. The aromas are reminiscent of winter undergrowth, red fruits such as ripe cherries and plums. It is soft and persuasive on the palate. Its tannin is balanced. It is a pleasantly structured and warm wine. </p>
