<p>Part of Montresor’s new ‘Bio’ range of organic, characterful and contemporary wines – this Bardolino is soft, juicy and versatile.</p><p>Fragrant aromas of wild strawberry with floral, herbal notes. The palate has raspberry and red cherry fruit with supple tannins, juicy acidity and a touch of white pepper on the finish.</p><p>Produced from the traditional Bardolino grapes of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara – from organically cultivated vineyards on the eastern shores of Lake Garda. After harvesting the grapes are destemmed, macerated on skins and fermented.</p><p>Enjoy with cured meats, pork and chicken, or a tuna steak.</p>
