Brilliant with raclette.Cave de Fleurie, founded in 1927, has worked with many generations of its co-operative farmers across Beaujolais, including several vineyards it owns. In 1946, Margurite Chabert was the first woman (and only, allegedly) in France to be appointed the head of a wine co-operative.
