<p>ORGANIC / VEGAN</p><p>A fresh and saline expression of a Semillon, that’s been whole bunch pressed then aged in both steel (80%) and oak (20%). This combination results in a more waxy texture and a great deal of savoury aromas on the nose. Think capsicum and green bell pepper. This opens up on the palate with the addition of lemon and underripe fruit, with lovely acidity and a waxy texture.
