Kerschbaumer’s philosophy is to preserve the characteristics of the vine and the soil in the wine and to falsify it as little as possible. For this he has switched to organic cultivation and in his cellar he mainly uses native yeasts. The vineyards are located on favorable and steep slopes on the southern side of the valley.
