<p>The Müller Thurgau berries, carefully selected during the harvest, come from the Oltradige vineyards. Vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with maturation always in steel in order to preserve immediacy and fragrance.</p><p>Appears to the eye of an intense straw yellow color; on the nose there are hints of aromatic herbs mixed with floral and fruity aromas, among which nuances of wildflowers, pear, apricot and a pinch of nutmeg stand out. In the mouth the sip is perceived fresh and sapid, very pleasant and well balanced, with a perfect closure on the fruit.</p><p>A fine and intense white, perfect as an aperitif or in combination with lightly spiced seafood dishes or with roasted fish. The combination with the typical dishes of oriental cuisine is excellent.</p>
