<p>Ananke, the ancient Goddess who represents necessity, destiny, consequence, and much more. A return to peasant gestures to which Federico Curtaz has been linked since he was a child and which he wants to enclose in this new chapter of his wine experience. The grapes are harvested in September, the wine is then vinified and aged in steel vats.</p><p>Ananke is a volcanic wine with an intense and flamboyant ruby red colour. Characterized by an extremely intoxicating bouquet where the scents of marasca cherry prevail. A majestic red, with great juiciness and a gentle tannic texture that is well integrated into the body of the wine. A balanced and persistent glass in the mouth that ensures a sip of quality and pleasure. </p><p>Together with first courses with not too tasty sauces, grilled meat courses, roasts, game and not too seasoned cheeses, it finds the maximum expression of its organoleptic qualities.</p>
