<p>Crafted with precision, finished with a playful twist, Lil’Dizzy is a sparkling rosé which is easy to drink as it is hard to pin down. A carefully considered blend of Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir spent six months in oak barriques before a splash of Divico was added for colour and character, ahead of its second fermentation and seven months resting on lees for texture and depth. Balancing craftsmanship with creativity, the name Lil’Dizzy is a nod to both the head-turning character in the glass and the unexpected twist in its making, a wine that leaves you delightfully off-balance.
