This is Pinot in a savoury, structured mood, a wine that invites you to slow down and take notice.Fermented in open-top stainless steel before resting in four new 500 L barrels, predominantly French with a quarter American, it has gained texture and complexity while keeping a bright thread of acidity at its core. Layers of cedar, spice and herbal depth sit alongside delicate fruit, giving both elegance and intrigue.This is a Pinot made for food and conversation.
