<p>This South African Pinot Gris has spent 4 days on its skins, allowing the flavour and a touch of tannin to seep out and enhance the character and texture of the wine. Expect notes of peach and a touch of green apple are followed by a clean, fresh pallet with an attractive texture and grip, zingy green apple acidity, crunchy pear flavours and a creamy finish. </p><p>The cooling effect of the elevation and breeze from False Bay, as well as the granite-derived soils, creates this clean, skin contact wine.</p><p>New Theory (previously Nouveau) is the brainchild of Thom and Charles Bradley who set the project up to work with South African winemakers to choose the best fruit possible and produce fresh expressions of low–intervention wine.
