<p>Bright, breezy and seriously drinkable with a light fizz. The nose is playful – think zesty citrus, crunchy green apple and a touch of wild yeast. On the palate it’s crisp and lively, with medium acidity that keeps you coming back for another sip. Utterly uncomplicated and totally refreshing.</p><p>It’s bottled naturally cloudy with a bit of residual CO₂ for that trademark spritz. Minimal intervention, maximum drinkability in a fun one-litre bottle.</p><p>Part of the Niepoort family’s boundary-pushing Nat’Cool project, this wine comes from Quinta de Baixo in the Minho region. Niepoort, founded in 1842, has long been known as a small but visionary Port house, now led by fifth-generation siblings Dirk and Verena Niepoort. What began as a niche operation has grown into one of Portugal’s most respected names, producing everything from traditional Ports to expressive natural wines across the Douro, Bairrada and Dão.
