Hand-crafted by our artful distillers in very small batches where old world meets new. 100% Chardonnay-based and blended from individual barrels aged between 2 to 6 years. Floral aromas with hints of sweet spice and a silken smooth mouthfeel with lingering flavours of honeysuckle, clove, nutmeg and vanilla, rounded out with citrus rind.</p><p>This brandy was handcrafted from scratch using our grape-to-glass distillation method – the art of distilling wine into spirit.
