<p>ORGANIC / VEGAN</p><p>This wine is made by Kosie van der Merwe down in Elgin, South Africa, from Cabernet Franc grapes. The grapes are hand-picked and fermented using natural yeasts, and 40% of them are separated to be whole bunch fermented to preserve a bit of light, bright flavour and crunchy tannins. Showing classic notes of proper Cab Franc – it has a light cherry colour with lots of redcurrant and cranberry flavours, along with the signature green leafiness of the grape.
