<p> NORTH STAR Supersonic Mach 2 Limited Edition 2013 Blended Malt (70CL, 50.0% Vol.)</p><p> Supersonic Mach 2 is 2469mph, or 2 times the speed of sound. It takes its name from the genius of cosmology Ernst Mach. This version is a sherry cask aged mixed malt from the North Star team. Released between 700 and 800 bottle batches, this is Supersonic Mach 2 bottled at 50% ABV. </p><p><p> Nose: </p><p> Coffee with some sort of vanilla sweetener, powdered with fancy cappuccino flakes. </p><p> Palate </p><p> Stewed fruit and spices on a bed of burnt roses. That little touch of rubber is always welcomed. </p></p>
