<p>28KG for this French Pear Delicacy.</p><p>The <em>House of Nusbaumer</em> has been in the distilling business since 1947, exploiting the knowledge of their ancestors to the best of their abilities. The family produces <em>high quality</em> Eaux-de-Vies and liqueurs based on various fruits. Nowadays it’s managed by <em>Christian and Marianne Willm</em>. They take great care in using the finest Williams pears from the <em>Rhône valley, Anjou</em> and the southwest of France. This plays a key factor in their success and the exquisite taste of their fruit Brandy. </p><p><em>Nusbaumer Poire Williams</em> is aged in <em>earthenware pots</em> or glass containers. They use 28 kg of fruits to produce 1 liter of this Eau de Vie. It’s best served beside coffee or after a meal, and <em>chilled to 6-8°C</em>.</p>
