<p> a blend of one-third Pinot Noir, one-third Chardonnay, and one-third Pinot Meunier, sourced from a 3.5-hectare parcel in the village of Trigny, directly adjacent to Merfy. The vines, over 40 years old, are rooted in sandy soil with some clay. The blend consists of 50% from the 2018 vintage, 30% from 2017, and 20% from 2016. Practicing organic farming, the wine is fermented with indigenous yeast, undergoes no malolactic fermentation, and is fermented and aged in stainless steel. It spent 36 months aging on the lees, with a dosage of 2g/L, and is bottled unfined and unfiltered to maintain its natural expression.</p>
