<p>Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc — the grapes are harvested by hand with a careful selection of only very healthy and ripe bunches. The grapes spend a couple of hours on skins, are gently pressed. Spontaneously fermented and matured for 10 months in used 300-liter wooden oak barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, no sulfur added.</p>
