<p>Soils and Elevation: Sandy solis at 90-100 meters in hills surrounding Carpi, Italy.</p><p>Farming: Advanced Integrated Pest Management, practicing organic, mechanical weeding, organic fertilizers of animal origin.</p><p>Grape Varieties and Vine Age: 85% Lambrusco di Sorbara (vinified white), 10% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Chardonnay, 10-20 year old vines.</p><p>Vinification: After a soft pressing, fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, then secondary fermentation according to Charmat Method with extended lees contact.</p>
