<p>ORGANIC / NATURAL / VEGAN / LOW SULPHITE</p><p>Vibrant with cherries, ripe plums crushed strawberries with a savoury finish and medium body. Aged in old oak barrels, delicious wine that’s full of energy. “Breton” is the local name for Cab Franc. Soil is black loam, limestone.</p><p>Olivier only uses a horse named Joker to plow as his hooves leave most of the ground untouched – he also helps by making natural fertilizer.</p><p>He cultivates 12 hectares of vines nestled in the western Loire Valley.
