<p>Blessed by our location, in the heart of the Languedoc, we work in one of the world’s largest wine producing regions. It’s a fabulous wine lab because of its amazing diversity of climates, terroirs and wine partners offering a whole range of local to international grape varieties, from traditional to modern winemaking techniques. Over the years, our team has created a strong partnership with many local partners from Gascony through to the Languedoc region.The broad array of local and international grape varieties, climates and terroirs allows us to craft almost any style of wine; from fresh, crisp, spicy, full-bodied, oaky, to elegant and mineral wines, while always seeking wine quality and taste consistency, ensuring that the final products are perfectly suited to our customers’ tastes. The core values in such partnerships are about understanding and sharing each others’ concerns, whether it is about climate change, winemaking experience or everyday advice. Being close to our producers has been the key to securing wine volume, quality consistency and reaching international quality standards such as IFS and BRC.Machine picked at night to reduce the risk of oxidation. The grapes were directly put into concrete tanks as for the vinification of red wine. Pre-fermentation maceration at a cool temperature for one week. Temperature maintained at 4c with daily pumping-over. The alcoholic fermentation was then launched at a temperature of 18c. 5 days maceration with daily pumping-over. The grapes were then pressed and the press juice was blended with the free-run juice to end the fermentation. Ageing on fine lees until bottling.Clear, pale orange colour. Intense aromas of bitter oranges, dried flowers and slightly nutty hints. Fresh, vivid and well-balanced, with a nice acidity; the aromas carry through to the palate.
