Unfiltered and unpasteurised, it is particularly rich in trace elements and therefore ideal as an apple vinegar for the apple vinegar cure.Acidity scale according to Slow Food: 3Natural apple cider vinegar has always been regarded as an elixir of well-being. For our Agro Vergine we use only fresh, tasty South Tyrolean organic apples of the TOPAZ variety.
