<p>The taste of Berlin in a soft, fruit-forward Vodka.</p><p><em>“Our Vodka”</em> is an interesting idea. The concept is to have a string of<em> urban micro-distilleries </em>set in trendy neighborhoods — each with its own bar and tasting experience. Each distillery would produce Vodka to the same exacting standards, but using <em>local water </em>and<em> local base grains</em> or other ingredients. Each would have its own flavor profile, <em>reflecting the location </em>and<em> craft. </em>This micro distilleries are now open in major cities all over the world.</p><p>The <em>Our/Vodka Berlin</em> micro distillery opened in 2013 in the trendy, artistic Treptow district of southeast Berlin. It was crafted from<em> German wheat </em>and <em>locally-sourced water</em> pulled from the Treptow aquifer. All of that combined to deliver a taste of Berlin in a Spirited Vodka from the heart of the city.</p>
