<p>A unique mix of Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and Early Muscat, grown in Oregon’s marine-influenced Elkton AVA. Imagine taking in the ocean breeze on a crisp morning. The nose is bright, with floral notes of tropical fruit, orange blossom, and jasmine. On the palate, a refreshing salinity balances the wine’s roundness, finishing dry and fresh. The minimal intervention approach-wild yeast fermentation, skin soaking for a few hours, and lees contact-lets the vineyard truly shine through.
