<p>Ripe, opulent, classic southern Spanish Monastrell from organic vineyards.</p><p>Complex nose of ripe plums and rich red fruit, with notes of fig. On the palate the wine is generous, rich and spicy – with concentrated red and black fruit, supple tannins, and fresh acidity on the finish.</p><p>From a producer with 100 years of wine heritage, the Paco Mulero wines are produced from vines cultivated in the north-eastern part of Jumilla – on high slopes with poor chalky, sandy soils. Particularly of note are those made from old, low-yielding Monastrell bush vines.</p><p>Produced from organically grown vines cultivated on dry hillside slopes in Jumilla. The grapes are handpicked, and after maceration with the skins for around two weeks at a controlled temperature, the wine is deposited in stainless steel tanks.</p><p>Drink this with grilled meat, dishes with creamy sauces or goats cheese.</p>
