<p>Currently shipping Batch #001, distilled in Padstow, October 2025.</p><p>Compelled by the beauty that surrounds us, we have double-distilled our white rum to create a clean, fresh anchor for your favourite rum cocktails.</p><p>On the nose, it presents blonde chocolate with a light citrus lift; this follows through to the palate, where creamy texture and flavours of sugar cane are complemented by a very light demerara touch. The finish is remarkably long, filling the mouth with more rounded white chocolate notes and a hint of spice.</p><p>This is the second rum in our Padstow-distilled range, and has already found fans in our Duke St bar.
