We use the finest Padstow barley from Tregirls Farm, grown in the fields above St. George’s Well on the Camel Estuary, infused with tastes of the ocean.</p><p>To create a unique, light, London-style gin recipe of fine botanicals for the pot-still, we weave juniper, citrus, bay and the stems of alexander: a plant foraged locally. We then bottle at 42% abv for that flavour/alcohol sweet spot.
