A hint of warmth in the air, the clink of ice in the glass, and the subtle perfume of orchard fruit and hedgerow berries drifting on the breeze.</p><p>That’s exactly the atmosphere we’ve captured in our newest small-batch release — Rowan berry Gin. Made using our original St George’s Well recipe as its base and infused with tart rowan berries to enhance the citrus zing and soft spice at its core. This is a gin that’s bright, gently aromatic, and just the right side of wild.</p><p>I foraged the rowan berries last autumn up on Bodmin Moor, where the windswept landscape makes a perfect environment for the Mountain Ash trees that provide these sour berries, as rich in Vitamin C as they are in Cornish folklore.</p><p>The Perfect Serve?A premium tonic.
