Taking the best elements of our St George’s Well Original and Hawker’s Cove Rose recipes, he has added judicious quantities of additional coastal botanicals – which wouldn’t be hard to guess – to create a soft, fresh spirit that simply sings in a G&T.</p><p>This is a limited experimental batch, available only in refill pouches.</p><p>Early tasters have commented on its smoothness and fragrance, as well as its extraordinary potential in a Dry Martini.</p><p><em>“It’s always exciting to distil a new recipe, to see how the flavours marry.
