This small-batch craft gin takes our award-winning Harbour Edition gin and adds a bucket of sunshine in the form of Sweet Valencia Oranges.</p><p>It’s the sunny ripeness of these oranges, with the highly aromatic essential oils in the peels that make them the perfect choice for our new, dry orange gin style, Zest of Orange.</p><p><em>“Great for a Summer G&T sundowner, the zesty twist also makes it the perfect base for a classic Negroni, which I’ve always believed to be improved with a little more orange peel than many bartenders would recommend.”</em></p><p>NOTE: I’m always looking for opportunities to improve our spirits. Batch #004 now uses our new Harbour Edition Gin as its base, which goes a long way to bringing the zesty freshness of the fruit further forward on the palate.
