<p>Currently shipping Batch #011, distilled in Padstow, June 2025.</p><p>We are delighted to release our new Golden Rum blend. Distilled by both column and pot-still, it combines the freshness of a light rum with the richer tones of traditional pot-distilling.</p><p>‘This rum marks a significant change at the distillery – where the blender’s art is as important as the distillation process itself. Our first Padstow-distilled blend leads the way in a range that will extend to barrel-aged, white and over-proof rums.</p><p>It appears sweet with notes of Demerara and Muscovado sugars, but it is completely dry – and this is simply how the components marry.
