<p>Currently shipping Batch #001, distilled and aged in Padstow, 2025.</p><p>Distilled in small batches here in Padstow, our Oak-Aged Rum begins its life similarly to our original Gold Reserve — before taking a slow, indulgent rest in Burgundian French oak barrels, originally used for ageing Pinot Noir in the Crouch Valley in Essex. It’s from this seasoned oak that the rum draws its mellow vanillins, gentle tannins and softly spiced character.</p><p>The result is a beautifully dry, rounded spirit with a depth flavour reminiscent of whisky.
