<p>ORGANIC / VEGAN</p><p>The wine is bright golden yellow, with vibrant notes of green apple and citrus fruit. Some delicate floral notes, dried apples, and yellow cherries. The finish is clean, fresh, and zippy.</p><p>The idea behind this project is to create excellent value wines, from sustainably grown grapes, as naturally as possible, wines that will be identified with the character of the area. The vineyards are based in beautiful countryside close to the Sierra de Cádiz.
