<p>Pantelleria Passito Liquoroso DOC 2022 – Cantine Pellegrino 1880The Pantelleria Passito Liquoroso DOC of Cantine Pellegrino 1880 is born from Zibibbo grapes grown as saplings on volcanic soil, a special wine with intense and inebriating aromas. Alcohol of viticultural origin is added to the base wine so as to create a slightly more alcoholic product, with a long life and great potential.</p><p>Beautiful, golden with amber reflections, bright and inviting. On the nose a bouquet of dehydrated and sweet fruit, figs, apricots, honey, intense and very persistent aromas. On the palate it is sweet and soft, enveloping and intriguing, the flavor is honeyed, but an acidic vein refreshes and calls for a new sip, it is long and elegant.</p><p>COMBINATIONSPerfect with dry desserts, but also with pandoro or panettone. We also recommend trying it with blue or very mature cheeses and accompanied by jams. </p>
