<p>Paparuda Pinot Noir, Cramele Recas, Banat, Romania, 2022Grapes: A blend of estate grown fruit comprising 86% Pinot Noir, 11% Merlot and 3% Feteasca Neagra. Carbonic maceration for 25% of the grapes, 75% normal fermentation with American oak chip influence.Gorgeous flavours, almost syrupy in its concentration. Dark, rich and potent, with layers of complex black cherry, raspberry and cinnamon. Deep, with pretty fruit cake and spicy aromatics.
