<p>Parajes del Valle Macabeo Maceración is a bright and textural orange wine from Jumilla, made from ripe Macabeo grapes. It bursts with tangerine, melon, and nutty notes lifted by fresh citrus, offering a perfect balance of elegance and vibrancy. The subtle tannic grip adds a waxy texture and a lingering, slightly bitter Campari-like edge, making it a refreshing and versatile wine for a variety of dishes.</p><p>Parajes del Valle is a dynamic winery led by winemaker María Jover. At just 28, she brings a fresh, modern approach to Jumilla’s winemaking traditions. The winery works with certified organic grapes from old vines, spread across four plots: Fuente de las Perdices, La Cañada de Albatana, and Término de Arriba in northern Jumilla.
