<p>Mainly Pinot Noir with 20% being Chardonnay and Meunier – from all vineyards located in Aÿ, Mareuil sur Aÿ and Dizy. The Cuvée is composed of 50% wine from the 2021 vintage and the remaining 60% from vin de réserve (perpetual reserve from the 2004 to 2019 vintage). All fermented with indigenous yeasts in barrel. No dosage. </p>
