<p>ORGANIC / VEGAN / LOW SULPHITE / NATURAL</p><p>This is a wonderfully fresh wine with gentle bubbles, a pronounced minerality and refreshing flavours of citrus, salt and alpine herbs.The first vintage of this wine is made up of equal parts of local variety Bianchetta and a mix of around a dozen hybrids which Alex planted together some six hundred metres above sea level at the foot of the Dolomites.
