<p>The Ferrari Perlé 2018 is an elegant vintage spumante from Ferrari, known for high-quality sparkling wines from the Trentino region. It is produced according to the traditional method, with the secondary fermentation taking place in the bottle, similar to champagne. The 2018 vintage impresses with a bright straw-yellow color and fine, persistent perlage. The nose unfolds aromas of ripe fruits such as apple and pear, complemented by floral notes and citrus accents. A subtle yeast note, resulting from years of bottle aging on the lees, adds further complexity. On the palate, the Ferrari Perlé 2018 displays lively freshness and a harmonious balance between acidity and fruit. The long aging on the lees gives the spumante a creaminess that lends an elegant structure to the mouthfeel. Light nutty tones and a mineral finish round out the impression. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the higher elevations of Trentino.
