<p>ORGANIC / NATURAL / LOW SULPHITE / VEGAN</p><p>A great, rustic expression of the Kisi grape. In the glass, it’s deep amber and deeply aromatic, with notes of honeysuckle, pithy fruit, and rosemary. On the palate it’s robust, offering flavours of orange marmalade and more fruit like peach and a little citrus. Undertones of herbs lead to a gently tannic finish. </p><p>Pheasant’s Tears is a joint venture between John Wurdeman and Gela Patalishvili. Since 2007, they take care of their grapes with very low intervention, using wild yeasts during vinification to best showcase the Kakheti terroir.
