Vinified in the traditional method, partial malolactic fermentation, aged in casked and undosed to reveal the wines full character and purity. The Non Dose expressed its full intensityin the 6 to 18 months after disgorging but also suitable for aging.The grapes used in this zero-dosage Champagne come only from Grand and Premier cru vineyards and the reserve wines are aged using the solera system.
