<p>A refined white wine produced from pure Pinot Bianco grapes.The winemaking takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, refinement and maturation, on the fine lees, are carried out in large oak barrels for nine months.On the nose it offers delicate hints of citrus fruits, mixed with fruity notes of apple and pear, and nuances of aromatic herbs.The sip is round, savory, and extremely fresh.Excellent wine as an aperitif or to pair with fish dishes in general, vegetable first courses and vegetarian dishes.</p>
