<p>Pinot Grigio in the Roeno cellar version, produced through an aging of 10 months in steel and 4 months of aging in the bottle, because the Roeno house always wants to bring to light the most outstanding characteristics of each vineyard.</p><p>And this is exactly how he reinterprets Pinot Grigio making it less obvious than usual, with straw yellow colors and sweet but full-bodied fragrances. </p><p>We can therefore perceive beautiful hints of lemon peel, pear and white peach, typical of Pinot Grigio but with exuberant richness and long persistence thanks also to the long, unusual aging for a Pinot.</p><p>Excellent for an aperitif with friends or to be combined with a seafood first or second course. </p>
